On Windows 8.x and Windows 10
Open My Computer and use the Ribbon to get to the Options panel:
On Windows 7 or Vista
Open My Computer and open the Organize menu in any folder, and then select “Folder and Search Options” from the menu.
On Windows XP
Open My Computer and from the Tools menu, choose Folder Options….
Showing Hidden Files and Folders (all Windows Versions)
Click the View tab, and select “Show hidden files and folders” in the list.
Once you are done, press OK.
The ProgramData folder will now be visible and you’ll be able to access the C:\ProgramData\Kofax\Kofax Express 3.1\ and C:\ProgramData\CaptureBites folders
or on Windows XP, C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Kofax\Kofax Express 3.1 and C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\CaptureBites.
