The story behind CaptureBites
CaptureBites BV is a software company established in 2014 and based in Antwerp, Belgium. Our main focus is intelligent automation for document processing and data capture, turning scanned and digital documents into structured, usable data. We help every business benefit from industry-leading AI-powered Intelligent Document Processing.
Our mission is to ensure that even the smallest businesses can benefit from industry leading IDP. "JD Moons - CEO CaptureBites"
Our flagship product is MetaServer, an IDP (Intelligent Document Processing) platform that handles Email, PDF, TIF, JPG and other file types from end to end. It can separate document sets, extracts and formats key data, validates results against database lookups and business rules, convert files to searchable PDF and much more. The result flows straight into the system of your choice.
MetaServer is affordable, requires no coding experience, is easy to learn, and built for small and medium businesses or departmental use.
CaptureBites also works together with a network of local distributors around the world. You can check out our Partners page for an overview.
