Logging into Office 365 or in the Export to Box connector returns an “Unable to connect…” error
When trying to log in to Office 365 or in the Export to Box module, MetaServer reports the following error:
“Unable to connect to Office: One or more errors occurred”
OR
“Unable to connect to Box: One or more errors occurred”
The root cause of this error is that Microsoft WebView2 Runtime is not installed.
Solution:
To resolve this issue, install the Evergreen Bootstrapper from Microsoft:
